Dealt with Georgia today and she was so lovely and understanding, sorted my issue out for me so quickly!

April from oh polly is really nice and they are so good to their customers and get back in touch really quick.

I usually love what I get from this site. I recently ordered some things and they have been saying they are having trouble delivering to my address, but when I tried contacting customer service, the representatives had no phone numbers and would only send me 1 email reply for every 24 hours. I have currently been emailing them for 3 WEEKS with them replying to me once a day. Then I asked to speak with someone higher up who said they will try the delivery again but when I looked at the carriers tracking number it said it was being sent back to the sender. I contacted the email again and they confirmed that they didnt update my address and yes it will be sent back to them. The only resolution they gave me was a coupon for another order!

Bethanie was great, when I emailed she emailed back with a quick response and got my return and refund sorted straight away, she was very helpful and kind and made my oh polly experience great.

I had a question that I wanted to ask oh polly about their giveaways, I spoke to a lovely lady called Annie. She was super helpful and friendly! Thank you x

Ordered the same top twice cause I wanted it to fit right and got too small a size twice, I sent back my second one to exchange, it took awhile to arrive because of delays but once I reached out to Jess and Ellie they quickly helped me get my exchange fast tracked. They were really sweet! Can’t wait to wear this top ?

I ordered the wrong size leggings and I message on Instagram and Luce was able to help me with this very quickly I even got a reply in minutes

I love oh polly. Super cute. Well priced. Good quality. Reasonable shipping. The only downside is the clothes run small. I wish they would make that more clear on their site. I wear a 4 (uk 8) anywhere else and here a 4 has either barely fit or been too small.

Had a problem with my dress and they team (especially Alex) were ridiculous helpful. Generally the best customer service i have ever received especially from a well known brand

Alexandra and Lauren were really helpful when I got in touch with oh Polly over Instagram and resolved my faulty item quickly. Currently waiting for my replacement now as it's been shipped and only got in touch yesterday.

Once again, the sizing is dreadful and dresses never look as nice or as good quality in person. Won’t be ordering again I am done with oh Polly pollly.
